Tasks: E-business and product development strategy


In 2009, Ibusz commissioned us to conduct strategic consultations in favour of the enhancement of their office e-business activites to higher levels. During the project we analyzed the market position of IBUSZ and its competitors, the domestic and foreign industrial trends and reflecting the short term objectives of their office network we outlined the direction for the expansion of their online sales.
As part of the assignment, the new online sales process system, integrating into the previous sales processes, was planned in the course of which relating to the renewal of previous IBUSZ webpage we made suggestions for  specific structural alterations.
During the project we closely cooperated with development companies working on the renewal of the website, in order to completely fulfill the planned strategic concepts deigned by us.
